Hi! We’re Sunny Bunny Creamery — a cheerful, family-run ice cream truck serving nostalgic, prepackaged frozen treats across Central Texas. Founded by a single mom (that’s me!) and powered by two energetic kids, we believe ice cream isn’t just dessert — it’s joy on wheels.

After over 20 years in the corporate world as an accountant and business consultant, I decided it was time to build something of my own — something flexible, meaningful, and made with heart. With two kids by my side and a passion for bringing smiles to our community, Sunny Bunny Creamery was born.

You’ll find us popping up in neighborhoods, parks, and events — always with colorful branding, kid-approved classics, and that unmistakable “Yay, the ice cream truck is here!” energy. We’re here to spread happiness, teach real-world entrepreneurship to the next generation, and build a business that brings people together — one sweet moment at a time.

About the Owner

Hi, I’m Jessica — founder of Sunny Bunny Creamery, longtime Leander resident, and passionate believer in the power of small joys and strong communities.

I’ve proudly called Leander home for over 10 years, raising my family here while serving as a foster parent, community volunteer, and full-time accountant with over 22 years in the corporate world. After years of managing balance sheets and boardrooms, I decided it was time to build something a little sweeter — a family-run business rooted in joy, responsibility, and local connection.

Sunny Bunny Creamery isn’t just about frozen treats — it’s about creating something meaningful for our town, and teaching my kids firsthand about entrepreneurship, work ethic, and community values. I want them to see how businesses can do more than make money — they can make memories, build relationships, and give back.
